Red Envelope Day

Today was Red Envelope Day - the day that across the nation pro-lifers mailed thousands, perhaps millions, of empty red envelopes to the president to symbolize the fifty million lives lost in the last thirty-six years because of abortion.

Voice for Life set up a table in the lower Beamer Center with envelopes, stamps, and labels. Three hundred students, faculty, and staff stopped to write a note to the president. We had some handouts prepared and advertised a weekly prayer meeting beginning tomorrow.
