First Post Ever

This is my first post on my first blog ever! Kate just introduced me to blogging. I've enjoyed reading the blogs of family and friends and now I'm writing as well as reading. It's a bit unnerving, really. What will I say? Will I be able to express myself as I wish to? Will it be fun or something that feels like a responsibility? I guess I'll find out.
