California trip - Muir Woods

Finally here are some posts about the senior class trip. Better late than never, I hope. I didn't have a camera, but a lot of my classmates were taking pictures. There was talk about compiling a disk of everyone's best shots, but that hasn't happened yet. For now, here are some of the best shots that I pulled of a classmate's facebook. Maybe I'll add more pictures later on if I get some.

Outside of Yosemite, my favorite activity of the trip was our stroll through Muir Woods. It is one of the biggest and oldest surviving redwood forests.

It was so pleasant to escape the noise and crush of the airport to the peace of the forest. Everything around looked and even smelled beautiful.
