Could it really have been six weeks ago?

Each weekend I think, "Oh, it's been so long since I've blogged. I want to post something!" And then the weekend is over, and it hasn't happened.

I should be finishing Henry IV Part One and writing some sort of response and comparison between it and Richard III, but before I do, here are a couple pictures from my time in Maryland at the end of summer vacation.

This visit to Maryland was my first chance to meet baby Laurel. She's very sweet, and William didn't mind me holding her while I snuggled with him and read Richard Scarry's Best Word Book Ever. I always suggest Blueberries for Sal or some other nice story book, but he won't be dissuaded.

Those are really cute nephews and niece! I also loved the blog about those who write about Shakespeare. Walt and I also recently watched an old, black and white film of Hamlet - made in Germany, and with Maximillian Schnell as Hamlet. It was really bad!
