I always thought it was Rudyard Kipling who said a leopard couldn't change his spots nor an Ethiopian his skin. No, it was in the Bible first.

I thought it was Kipling too. This comes of majoring in silly things like literature instead of important things like theology.

I remember the first time I read "Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots?" and getting REALLY excited.
